【発明の名称】ＡＩ機能を搭載した適正基準対応バリデーションシステム及び方法
今回の特許は、AI技術を組み込んだPVシステムの信頼性保証において、従来のCSV／GVPでは想定されていなかった新しいリスク領域に対応するための「人間系 Human-based Evaluation System（HBES）」を含む独自の評価枠組みを保護するものです。本特許の登録により、AI搭載PVシステムの品質保証、監査対応、規制遵守を強化する実務的かつ現実的なアプローチが正式に知的財産として認められました。
ヒロファーマコンサルティング®は、今後、国内外のPVシステムベンダーおよび製薬企業向けにHPVM手法を活用したバリデーション評価、ライセンス提供、導入支援サービスを展開してまいります。
■ 今後の展開について
本特許を基盤とした「AI-PV GVP CSV Validation Service」 を新たに展開してまいります。
AI、NLP、デジタルPV時代に適合した GVP CSV バリデーションを実現すべく、GVP Consulting Firmの皆さまとの協業も積極的にご提案する予定です。
また、本 AI-PV HPVM 特許に関しては、ライセンス契約先の選定および打診を順次開始 いたします。
さらに、医薬品・医療機器メーカー各社さまが本特許を活用した AI-GVP CSV 品質管理 を実施される場合には、一定の条件にご同意いただくことを前提に、「無償ライセンス」にてご利用いただける仕組みもご提供する予定です。
また、米国・欧州での特許展開を見据えて「ＰＣＴ国際出願」も行いました。

This patent protects HiroPharma’s unique validation framework, including the Human-based Evaluation System (HBES), designed to assure the reliability and regulatory compliance of PV systems enhanced with Artificial Intelligence. As AI introduces new categories of risks not addressed by traditional CSV/GVP frameworks, the HPVM approach provides a practical, defensible, and regulator-aligned methodology to ensure trustworthy system performance.
With this patent now granted, HiroPharmaConsulting® will expand its licensing program, validation services, and implementation support for PV system vendors and Marketing Authorization Holders globally.
We also filed PCT international applications in anticipation of patent development in the United States and Europe.
