AI活用PV業務POC/FS支援サービス開始

株式会社ヒロファーマコンサルティング®（所在地︓大阪府大阪市、代表取締役︓集 弘就）は、AIを活用したファーマコビジランス（PV）業務の導入検討段階を支援する新サービス 「AI活用PV業務POC/FS支援サービス（AI-PV POC/FS Consulting Service）」 を開始いたします。
本サービスは、AI-PV導入前のPOC（Proof of Concept）およびFS（Feasibility Study）段階において、品質・規制・運用・Human Oversightの観点から、AI導入検討に必要な評価設計と判断基準を整理する実務支援サービスです。AI機能の一般的な優劣を評価するのではなく、実際のPV業務における利用目的、適用範囲、リスク、人間による確認体制、評価方法を明確化することで、AI-PV導入判断をより実務的かつ説明可能なものとすることを支援します。
対象はAI-PV全般ですが、当面は、AI活用の検討ニーズが高いと考えられるICSR Intake & TriageおよびLiterature Screeningを主な対象業務として想定しています。具体的には、有害事象症例の受入れ、分類、優先度判定、重篤性候補判定、文献スクリーニング、症例該当性判断、関連性評価支援等におけるAI活用を検討する医薬品・PV部門を支援します。（続く）

Supporting AI Use in Intake & Triage and Literature Screening from a Human Oversight Perspective
Osaka, Japan – HiroPharmaConsulting® Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Hirotsugu Atsumaru) is pleased to announce the launch of its new service, “AI-PV POC/FS Consulting Service”, designed to support the assessment and planning phase for the introduction of artificial intelligence into pharmacovigilance (PV) operations.
This service provides practical consulting support during the POC (Proof of Concept) and FS (Feasibility Study) stages prior to the introduction of AI-PV solutions. It supports the development of evaluation design and decision-making criteria required for AI implementation by considering quality, regulatory, operational, and Human Oversight perspectives. Rather than evaluating AI functions based on general superiority or performance claims, the service helps clarify the intended use, scope of application, risks, human review structure, and evaluation methodology within actual PV operations. Through this approach, the service supports more practical and explainable decision-making for AI-PV implementation.
While the service is applicable to AI-PV initiatives in general, the initial focus will be on ICSR Intake & Triage and Literature Screening, where demand for AI implementation is expected to be particularly high. Specific target areas include the use of AI in adverse event case intake, classification, prioritization, potential seriousness assessment, literature screening, case relevance assessment, and related evaluation support for pharmaceutical companies and PV departments.
